Terms & Conditions:

Ø    All reservation requests must be sent in writing to Dawn Travels Ltd.

Ø    Once booking is confirmed voucher copy must be sent to Dawn Travels Ltd along with payment proof of bank transfer copy.

Ø    Any booking cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to one night charge.

Ø    Where hotel has different cancellation policy it will be applicable even earlier to 48 hours prior to check in date.

Ø    Refunds must not be given to clients without prior approval from Dawn Travels Ltd for all early check outs and cancelled bookings.

Ø    All our hotel prices are confidential and must be sold as a package only.

Ø    For apartment bookings we can only check availability at the time of each request and can confirm only once full payment is received at our end.

Ø      Apartments are fully non refundable and each apartment has different cancellation policy. This is important to check with Dawn Travels Ltd. cancellation policy before proceeding with apartment booking.

Ø     No refund is given for apartment booking once guest checks in.

Ø    Apartments may take a security deposit at the time of check in.

Ø    Rates are not valid during trade fairs period.

Ø    Paris Hotels are in Euro Currency.

Ø    Austria Hotels are in Euro Currency.

Ø    UK hotels are in Pound Streling cuurency.
